In this class we will delve into the history of rum, explore how rum is made and which rums to mix and which to sip. Who knows, you might even find your new favorite rum! Join Mario as your taste tour guide through the delicious world of rum. We will taste test each rum as we learn about it and we will finish the class by trying out recipes with the rum varietals. Mario has over 10 years experience in mixing drinks of all kinds.
