4035 REAL ESTATE AGENT LICENSING COURSE (Online & In-Person)

If you're interested in a professional career in Real Estate, the first step is this course. This 75-hour Broker's Licensing Course is required by the State of Illinois to prepare the candidate for the Illinois Brokers License Examination. Upon completion, you will receive certification entitling you to move on to the examination, which is required by state law. There are 15 sessions of ONLINE instruction AND homework assignments.

There are no special eligibility requirements for taking these courses, however, to be eligible for a real estate license state law requires that one be at least 21 yrs of age, have a high school diploma or its equivalent, complete this real estate course, & pass a State Examination.

• Sec G: Accelerated Daytime Course ( 3 weeks) - Class Webinars will take place twice a day 1:30pm to 2:30pm and 5:30pm  to 6:30pm Monday-Friday.
• Sec H: Evening Course (6 weeks) - Class Webinars will take place once a week on Tue from 5:00pm to 9:00pm.
• Sec I: Evening Course (10 Weeks) - Class Webinars will take place twice a week on Mon & Wed from 6:30pm to  9:30pm.
• Sec J: Saturday Course (6 weeks) - Class Webinars will take place on 6 Saturdays from 9:30am to 4:30pm.
• you will get access to Google Classroom for Quizzes and review materials.
• The Class comes with a physical copy of the 9th edition of the modern real estate practice book.

We will also discuss how to proceed after this course is over and how to get setup with GoAMP so you can take the State administered Exam and finish your path to being a Licensed Broker with the State of Illinois!
