Designed specifically for couples, friends or family members. Bring a buddy and learn how to help each other relieve aches and pains. This class will focus on the scalp, face, hands and feet. And no disrobing is necessary, this class is taught from a seated position, to easily translate to sitting at home on the couch. No prerequisite. Each person should bring 2 towels and 2 sheets. Mat. fee $12.
