This course will certify you to become a leasing agent. Time Out Chicago stated that a career as a Leasing Agent is a career path flush with opportunity. The mortgage mess means that the rental market is taking off. A leasing agent handles renting out residential properties. Take this class and take the first step to an affluent career as a leasing agent. Leasing Agent License Class is a 15 hour course.  We will also discuss how to proceed after this course is over and how to setup with GoAMP so you can take the State administered Exam and finish your path to becoming a Licensed Leasing Agent with the State of Illinois!

Hybrid Version: The 15 hour 2-day Hybrid residential leasing agent pre-licensing course is designed to meet the state requirement for Illinois. The hybrid class gives you the option of choosing  in-person or online classes, in-person or online you will always have a live teacher to interact with. The Course includes a physical or digital Copy of the Residential Leasing agent book. School Final and Exam Prep. After course completion we will also discuss how to register for the state exam with PSI/AMP.

Live In-Person:  Residential Real Estate Leasing Agent Class you choose how you want to take the class, We give you the freedom to choose learning in-person or virtually online from home via Zoom meetings. This is a 15-hour 2-day course covering pre licensing requirement related to licensure for leasing residential property in the state Illinois.

Online Version (Virtual):  Online version meets with a live instructor. Saturday & Sunday. 8:30am-9:30am Class session with instructor. 9:30am-1:30pm read materials/ take quiz. 1:30-2:30pm class session with instructor. 2:30-5:00pm read materials/take quiz 5:00pm class session with instructor.

Correspondence Version (Self-Study): Correspondence version is available all year. Choose the Month you wish to start. Indicate in the “comments” section “self-study”. Students will receive a downloadable PDF copy of the textbook and materials. Student’s will study the material on their own for the proctored exam and have 6 months to complete the program. The exam is proctored in-class in Lincoln Park. A transcript will be issued after a student receives a passing score on the exam as well as assistance with registering for the state exam.
