This Class is for both beginners and advanced students combining the best of over 300 fighting styles from all over the world into one program.  Class incorporates a unique, practical and powerful form of self-defense elements that include: punches, kicks, elbows, knees, ground fighting and weapons training.  Develop lightning-quick reflexes, powerful strikes, strategic blocks and lock-tight holds Learn to defend yourself and your family against any situation or attacker.
